FAQ

 Everything you need to know.

To prevent resale and black-market trading, this event uses Mobile Tickets Only. Through the instructions in your confirmation email, you can view and manage your tickets.
Your QR code(s) will be made available no later than 48 hours before the event. These QR code(s) serve as your admission at the entrance.

Maas uses Sealed Tickets. This means that your tickets can only be downloaded shortly before the event begins. You will receive an email as soon as your ticket is available for download. Sealed Tickets help us minimise scalping and scams.

Personalisation is important for two reasons:

To prevent and reduce illegal resale of tickets at higher prices;

To increase safety by being able to identify visitors.

After completing your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link asking you to provide personal details (such as full name, email address and date of birth for each visitor).

How to personalise your ticket(s):

Click on ‘Personalise’ in the email.

Select a ticket, click ‘Assign’, and choose ‘Claim ticket for myself’ to register it in your name.

Your details will be filled in automatically based on the purchase, but you may edit them if needed. Once the personalisation is completed, you have successfully claimed your ticket!

Note: Personalisation is only possible within a specific time frame, depending on the event. Make sure you submit the requested information within this period.

Shortly before the event, an official resale platform will go live where you can offer your ticket(s) for sale. Once available, you can offer personalised tickets from your order via the ‘manage my order’ button in your confirmation email. Under ‘more actions’, you will be able to list your tickets for resale.

As soon as someone purchases your ticket(s), you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the original order. Please note: service fees are non-refundable. Once sold, the tickets will no longer be valid in your order.

This option is available for tickets purchased through both the regular ticket shop and the resale platform.

Important:
Reselling is only possible for the main booker and only after the tickets have been personalised. It is not possible to sell or transfer tickets through any other channels.

If you cannot find your ticket, please contact Paylogic customer service via this link:

If that doesn’t work, you can contact us at info@maasopenair.nl
. Please include a screenshot of your bank statement showing the payment description clearly.

Please note: we work exclusively with Paylogic. If Maas is sold out, only purchase tickets via the resale option on our own website. Buying tickets through other platforms puts you at risk of being scammed, as these platforms are not supported by us.
